Kevin brings over a decade of experience in the field of social enterprise. As co-founder and lead consultant for Strago Solutions, he supports more than 50 social enterprises in private and public organizations. His expertise lies in management and innovation.
He believes that collaboration is vital. This is why, as part of his mission to give back and help startups, he also serves as Entrepreneurship Manager for Filipino Development (PhilDev) Foundation. Providing incubation support and technical guidance to over 80 startups and social enterprises. When not teaching, Kevin gives lectures and workshops on enterprise development, social marketing, leadership development, and impact measurement.
As a mentor, Kevin looks at education as a shared experience. His students enjoy being a part of the process of ideation and innovation throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
For almost a decade, Earl worked in various industries such as Business Process Outsourcing, Finance, Investing, Accounting, and Taxation. He brings in significant management expertise from working in leading companies and corporations.

Currently, he is focusing on Business Consulting and pursuing his studies on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
Moireen has also taught at De La Salle University during the last eight years. She’s passionate about humanizing experiences through words. As a communication and marketing mentor, she draws inspiration from her experience as a lifestyle writer for the top blog site, When in Manila, and content creator platform Get Craft. She brings in her expertise in content marketing to help her students apply best practices in marketing in their dream ventures.
Moireen brings a fun and creative vibe to learning as a content creator. She will provide students with an understanding of traditional marketing concepts and then develop knowledge and skills to apply this knowledge to digital contexts.
Bob shares his international experience as a human resource management leader and consultant with One School students. He brings 17 years of experience working in leading companies, universities, and government agencies across three markets— the Philippines, the U.S., and Canada. When he’s not teaching, he works as Chief Human Resource Officer and consultant, helping organizations succeed through effective human resource management and organizational culture practices.
As a business practitioner, he’ll guide students through interactive exercises to teach them how to take calculated risks and proactively find ideas and solutions. His mentorship style will help students deal with failure and take constructive feedback.
Patrick has extensive experience in youth and community development. Managing community-based programs for students and volunteers from local and international universities and schools is his area of expertise. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of JCI CommonWealth, a youth organization. Patrick is actively participating in community volunteer work.
As an expert in human resources, Patrick has always focused on the welfare of others and the organization’s overall development. His specialization in Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Compensation, and Benefits will help him show his students the importance of community and responsibility.
Audrey provides strategic and technical guidance to local and international partners and develops carbon accounting data and systems. She identifies new opportunities for scaling REDD+ and non-REDD strategies. As a climate finance expert, she collaborates with private and public sector partners to deliver significant societal and environmental impacts. Audrey tracks market dynamics as well as emerging innovations in climate finance to anticipate key public and private actions.
With Audrey’s experience in developing and implementing climate mitigation programs, students will be able to develop transformative strategies in their future endeavors.
As a history and political educator, John Ray engages youth leaders and trains teachers about human rights, freedom, good governance, and democracy. As a cultural professional, he has worked as a historical consultant for multiple heritage conservation projects on old churches, ancestral houses, Spanish-period fortifications, and other built heritage. His research interests include cultural policy and governance, heritage conservation and management, and public history.
